Dhamaal 4 Jumps 86 Percent on Second Saturday, Crosses ₹111 Crore

The comedy is doing what almost no Hindi film has managed this year: growing in its second weekend while a Nolan film is in cinemas.

Dhamaal 4 collected ₹10.25 crore net on its second Saturday, a jump of 86 percent over Friday's ₹5.50 crore, taking its India total to ₹111.75 crore after nine days. India gross stands at ₹133.23 crore and the worldwide figure at ₹153.48 crore.

Second-weekend growth of this size is rare, and it is the clearest possible signal of a family audience. The film held 8,401 shows into its second Friday even with The Odyssey occupying most premium screens, which tells you exhibitors were seeing the occupancy to justify it.

Against a reported cost of ₹150 crore, theatrical recovery is now roughly three quarters of the way home, with the reported Netflix deal and satellite rights covering the remainder. Trade projections have moved up: a second weekend closing near ₹125 crore now looks conservative rather than optimistic.

Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Javed Jaffrey lead the ensemble, with Sanjay Mishra, Ravi Kishan and Esha Gupta in support.
