Peddi Crosses 2 Million Tickets on BookMyShow in 2.5 Days

Peddi crossed two million tickets sold on BookMyShow within two and a half days of release, a pace few Telugu films have matched this year. The film opened to 51 crore net on day one and added 26.9 crore on day two, before settling into a run that has now made it Tollywood's highest-grossing film of 2026.

The four-day extended opening weekend, Thursday to Sunday, brought in 157.65 crore net, on top of 18.5 crore from paid previews before the theatrical release even began.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana with A.R. Rahman on the score, the sports action drama pairs Ram Charan with Janhvi Kapoor and Shiva Rajkumar. Against a reported 350 crore budget, recovery is comfortably ahead of pace, with worldwide numbers still climbing past day eleven.
